The price can increase quickly depending on the type of odor (ex. Smoke/Mildew) and the severity of it. The price is just a minimum.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment time. We understand things do come up so if you need to cancel last minute please give us a minimum of two hours notice before the appointment.
